executive Office Assistant

The Executive Office Assistant is a 30-40 hour a week, salaried position responsible for the coordination of all of the ENC communication platforms and master church calendar, the management of the church office functions and all essential records maintenance, and coordination for the areas of property maintenance, and database management. This position is an integral part of all ministries. This person will be part of the team that welcomes visitors and members in the office. As such, an attitude of welcoming hospitality and good communication skills are essential. This person must strive to embody our missions at ENC.



We are looking for a self-starting, creative individual with strong organizational and relational capabilities for a High School youth ministry which currently averages 60-80 in weekly activities. This ministry requires a person who can envision and implement authentic and impactful youth services and has experience leading teens in a variety of styles for believers and seekers together. Strong leadership and teaching abilities are needed to effectively recruit, develop, shepherd and lead various youth ministry activities. We need an excellent communicator in one-on-one, small and large group settings and someone who will be at ease in leading teen worship. Finally, our new staff member must be able to effectively interact with the families of teens and offer ministry to parents and families as well. This position requires participation as a member of the pastoral team in serving our church body. 



The Local Missions Director is a volunteer position expected to serve 15-20 hours a week on average and is responsible for the coordination of the ENC local missions partnerships and communicating them to LIFE groups, interested volunteers, ministry area leaders and the greater church body when appropriate. They must have an attitude of welcoming hospitality and good communication skills are essential. This person must strive to embody the mission philosophy at ENC to Love, Grow and Serve.
